Every item is printed to order. Nothing sits in a warehouse. Production typically takes 2 to 5 business days, then delivery usually takes 3 to 8 business days. Checkout and payment are handled securely at our store.
Shipping is free on every order within the United States. We currently ship within the United States only. Orders with several items may arrive in separate packages at no extra charge.
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or otherwise not as described, email contact@onlynames.us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We will send a free replacement or a full refund, your choice. You do not need to send anything back.
Because every item is printed to order for one specific name, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for sizing or change of mind. Check the size guide on each shirt page before ordering. If you are between sizes, size up.
If tracking stops moving or a package never arrives, contact us and we will make it right. Please double-check your address at checkout. If a package comes back because of an incorrect address, we can reship it but may need to charge the reshipping cost.
